HVAC Preventative Maintenance Scheduler
All American Air Conditioning is now immediately hiring an HVAC Team Scheduler to join our established team!

HVAC Preventative Maintenance Scheduler duties and responsibilities:

The primary goal as an HVAC Team Scheduler is to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency while also maintaining superior customer service, as well as working in tandem with your team of both office and field staff. You will work to ensure that schedules are created to meet the needs of our customers while maximizing the efficiency of our internal and external staff and resources. The selected candidate must have strong decision-making skills.

In our fast-paced office environment, this will involve:

• Making and receiving phone calls from both customers and staff
• Documenting customer communications in our database
• Creating routing for our field staff to maximize time, efficiency, and mileage while always focusing on customer satisfaction.

Candidates should possess:

• Excellent data entry skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work independently while still being part of a well-coordinated team.
