Your Day-to-Day:

Inspect, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems.
Educate homeowners on system performance and recommend appropriate upgrades, replacements, or maintenance agreements.
Build trust with customers by clearly explaining issues and available solutions.
Work closely with dispatch and the sales team to coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments.

What You Bring:

3+ years of HVAC service experience
some sales experience preferred but not required (willing to train the right person!)
A dependable, team-focused, and positive attitude
Strong technical skills
Leadership ability and a passion for doing things right
Flexible and open to growing
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
