Key Responsibilities:

• Sales of new products and services to customers while assisting with installation heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems according to specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC units.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations during installations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and questions professionally.
• Utilize welding skills for necessary repairs or modifications on HVAC systems.

Skillfully troubleshoot and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment.

• Accurately diagnose electrical and mechanical issues in HVAC systems.
• Recommend and sell additional services such as indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, Aeroseal, and system upgrades to enhance overall system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Perform prompt and efficient emergency repairs to maintain system functionality.
• Strengthen customer relationships and showcase the company brand by understanding and exceeding their expectations at every interaction.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated with industry advancements.
• On call every 4 weeks

Qualifications:

• At least five (5) years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
• An EPA Universal certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and professional development in the HVAC field.
• Enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, with a focus on safety and quality in all tasks.
