HVAC Service Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Service Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the central hub for scheduling, coordinating, and overseeing HVAC service operations. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and suppliers, driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Coordinate daily HVAC service appointments, ensuring timely dispatching of technicians and optimizing routes for efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with clients to confirm service needs, provide updates, and schedule follow-up visits.
• Support field service technicians by creating, tracking, and reviewing work orders.
• Prepare service repair quotes. Procure parts and equipment for repairs, maintenance, and inventory.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including repair logs and maintenance schedules.
• Manage maintenance agreement program.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC or similar mechanical service coordination.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, parts, and maintenance procedures. (Preferred)
• Experience with scheduling software, dispatch systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with technicians, customers, and management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize urgent service requests under pressure.
