HVAC Service Coordinator

Alfresco Air is South Florida's leading commercial HVAC contractor specializing in high-rise condominiums, commercial buildings, service, maintenance, and large-scale retrofit projects.

We are seeking an organized, energetic, and customer-focused HVAC Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our customers, technicians, and management team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling multiple priorities, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and service requests
• Create and manage work orders in Corrigo IFSM
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and emergency repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding service updates, technician arrival times, and work completion
• Coordinate daily schedules for field technicians
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information
• Assist with estimates, proposals, and administrative support tasks
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and completion of service requests
• Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatching, property management, or service coordination preferred
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, restoration, elevator, or property management industry experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based software platforms
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of urgency

Schedule - Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
