HVAC Service Dispatcher

Complete Air Mechanical is a local Family Owned & Operated Residential HVAC and Duct Cleaning Company that has been providing the Central FL area with service for 30yrs.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, and talented Service Dispatcher to join our team

The Service Dispatcher is responsible for prioritizing and coordinating all Service Communication activities. The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated. Must be flexible, able to multi-task, problem solve and have the capacity to work calmly in a fast paced environment.

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. Holidays are mandatory if they are on a Monday, or on an as needed basis during the summer months. Must be able to share on call rotation on weekends.

Primary Job Function:

• Maintain the Service Technicians & Installers daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed.
• Parts and Equipment ordering
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.
• Maintain the on call schedule for service technicians.
• Maintain customer database with current information.
• General Office Duties including filing and data entry
• Clear and concise communications with employees and company customers
• Collecting payments when needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years dispatching experience
• Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
• Knowledge of HVAC Industry
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Advanced customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized skill set
• Knowledge of software technologies, such as iOS, Android and Windows OS and dispatching software, credit card and consumer financing processing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
