Pay: $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional after-hours or weekend coverage during peak demand

About the Role
As an HVAC Service Dispatcher, you will be the central point of coordination between customers, technicians, and leadership. This role is responsible for scheduling service and installation calls, managing technician routes, and making real-time adjustments to keep the day running efficiently. Your ability to think ahead, communicate clearly, and solve problems quickly will directly impact productivity, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
You will assign calls based on technician skill set, location, and priority while continuously monitoring progress throughout the day and adjusting schedules as needed. You will stay in close communication with technicians and service managers to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, reduce drive time and downtime, and handle schedule changes or emergency calls professionally. You will also maintain accurate records in the dispatch system and help support daily revenue goals through strategic scheduling decisions.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone with dispatching experience, ideally within HVAC or home services, who understands how to manage a high-volume schedule and make quick, effective decisions. Strong communication skills and professional phone presence are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and calm under pressure. You should be comfortable using service management or CRM systems, detail-oriented in your work, and confident coordinating with both customers and field technicians.
