Job Overview – HVAC Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Engineer responsible for installation, servicing, retrofitting solutions, and maintenance of HVAC systems. The role includes client coordination, AMC management, ensuring service quality, and efficient planning of the service team to achieve customer satisfaction and business growth.

Qualification: B.E Mechanical, HVAC Certification, Autocad

Key Result Areas (KRAs) –

• Carry out installation, preventive maintenance & breakdown service of HVAC systems.
• Execute Retrofit jobs & support new and existing AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) operations.
• Diagnose faults & perform timely troubleshooting with minimal equipment downtime.
• Maintain service reports, material consumption records & compliance documentation.
• Ensure strong customer communication, timely updates & relationship development.
• Plan and schedule service team activities for timely completion of service calls.
• Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or improvements.
• Maintain service tools, spare parts & ensure proper inventory management.
• Support commissioning, testing & energy efficiency improvements at client sites.
• Uphold safety standards, reduce repeat complaints & enhance the company’s service reputation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,962.81 - ₹28,698.28 per month
