What You’ll Do

• Be the Expert: Perform high-quality installs or service repairs on residential and commercial systems.
• Solve Problems: Collaborate with a veteran team to tackle complex mechanical issues.
• Represent a Legacy: Provide the honest, high-integrity service that has kept us in business for over a century.
• Stay Ready: Service technicians participate in an on-call rotation for emergency needs.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 1 year of HVAC experience (Required). Commercial experience is a major plus.
• Mechanical Aptitude: Strong mechanical skills and a passion for problem-solving.
• Reliability: A dependable work ethic and a clean driving record (Required).
• Attitude: You’re a team player who takes pride in your work and enjoys helping others.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday. Overtime available during peak seasons; on-call rotation for service technicians.
