This role is ideal for a well-rounded technician who can diagnose, repair, and install HVAC systems while providing a professional experience for customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment
• Perform seasonal maintenance and system tune-ups
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and mechanical issues
• Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers
• Complete job notes, invoices, photos, and updates using company software
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Collaborate with team members on larger installations

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in both HVAC service AND installation (required)
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using mobile apps/service software
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• Michigan mechanical license or related certifications are a plus
