HVAC Service - Maintenance Technician| $30.00 - $45.00 per hour + Spiffs

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:30pm | occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Service, maintenance and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Dispatched to service and repair calls
• Annual maintenance service
• Consulting with customers on indoor air quality needs
• Consulting with customers on repair and replacement options
• Providing excellent customer service
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

What We Are Looking For:

• 3 + years of HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Electrical trainee card with hours
• 06B or 06A Electrical License - Desired
• Experience with troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment
• Basic sheet metal duct design and modification experience
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Able to follow city and county installation codes
• Certification of completion from trade school - Desired
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
