HVAC Service Manager

McMaster Heating & Air is hiring an experienced industry leader to lead the daily operations of our Irvine, CA technicians as our new full-time HVAC Service Manager! If you'd like to build upon your management experience while encouraging techs to continually improve, keep reading to learn more!

BECOMING OUR HVAC SERVICE MANAGER

As our HVAC Service Manager, you'll closely supervise field technicians and motivate them to complete the high-quality work that we're known for! You'll help ensure projects go off without a hitch, stepping in as needed to solve problems, address roadblocks, and provide hands-on assistance. You'll ensure daily excellence while inspiring your team to keep improving, growing, and becoming better than they were the day before.

• Competitive pay of $45.00 - $55.00/hour (based on knowledge) with some potential to become a salaried position

THE HVAC SERVICE MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You'll need to be able to work from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm and meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of management experience in the HVAC industry
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes
• Proficiency in common office applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Clean, neat, and professional appearance
• Genuine desire to keep growing within the trade and lead technicians in completing better work than the day before
