HVAC Service Manager

Overview:

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? West Allis is looking for an operational leader to take our HVAC expansion into multiple branches in the Milwaukee area!

Pay: $60,000 - $90,000 plus bonuses

What YOU will do:

• Train, support, coach HVAC team members to provide amazing customer service experiences
• Drive service and installation sales teams to exceed budget
• Manage HVAC schedule and allocation of resources in day-to-day operations
• Participate in selection of HVAC team members
• Establish and maintain ethical selling and professional installation practices
• Quality control and inspection of HVAC jobs
• Handling customer satisfaction requests

What YOU will bring:

• Minimum of 5+ years of HVAC Leadership experience
• Valid drivers’ license
• Pass background check and drug test applicable per state law
