We lead from the front, the owner works in the field every day with the team as needed, not from the golf course or hiding behind his desk.

We are seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead our operations. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, installs and repairs for systems at both commercial and residential properties. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge, leadership skills, and technical proficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling, training, and performance development
• Oversee daily service operations, including troubleshooting HVAC systems, installations, and repairs
• Implement effective solutions, Conduct field inspections to verify work quality, safety standards, and adherence to industry regulations
• Coordinate with clients to understand service needs, provide technical guidance, and communicate project timelines
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, equipment repairs, maintenance schedules, and safety compliance documentation.

Skills

Must be able to continue the positive, fun comradery we have built among our team

• Extensive construction knowledge with a focus on HVAC systems installation and maintenance
• Proven experience as a service technician with strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams
• Skilled in diagnosing issues.
• Strong field service background with excellent problem-solving skills in mechanical environments.
