HVAC Service Manager

Air Supply, a well-established and growing HVAC company in Las Vegas, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential service team from the field.

This is a working manager position. You will actively run high-quality service calls daily while mentoring and developing junior technicians. We are looking for a strong leader who leads by example and maintains the highest standards of technical excellence and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential HVAC service, repair, and maintenance calls
• Lead, train, and mentor junior technicians in the field with hands-on guidance
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, duct systems, and indoor air quality equipment
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and exceeds customer expectations
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold strong customer communication
• Help build and maintain one of the top residential HVAC service teams in Las Vegas

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and repair experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to train junior techs
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Nevada HVAC license preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
