Chisholm Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our residential service department. We are seeking a results-driven leader who can develop technicians, improve performance, and help grow the business while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

This is not a desk job. We need someone who can lead from the front, hold a team accountable, and create a winning culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the HVAC service department.
• Coach, train, and develop service technicians.
• Conduct ride-alongs and performance evaluations.
• Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent.
• Maintain high standards for customer service and workmanship.
• Monitor and improve department performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured by:

• Revenue and gross profit growth
• Technician productivity and efficiency
• Average ticket value
• System replacement lead generation
• Maintenance agreement growth
• Customer satisfaction
• Callback and warranty reduction
• Team development and retention
• Achievement of monthly and annual department goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to build and motivate a high-performing team

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
