Duties

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians specializing in HVAC.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of service calls and projects.
• Review schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and system repairs.
• Conduct quality control inspections on equipment repair, maintenance tasks, and system installations to guarantee compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients to assess needs related to air conditioning systems, boiler operations, ammonia refrigeration, and other mechanical equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, including work orders, safety reports, and equipment histories.
• Ensure all field service operations adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations while promoting ongoing training for team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction-related HVAC projects or as a service technician with extensive mechanical knowledge.
• Strong background in HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, welding techniques, ohmmeter usage, and equipment repair procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to manage field service teams effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to interpret technical schematics is essential.
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to train technicians on technical procedures like HVAC troubleshooting and equipment repair. Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
