HVAC Service Manager (Commercial & Residential)

Position Overview
C&R Sales and Repairing is seeking a strong, disciplined HVAC Service Manager to take full leadership responsibility for our commercial and residential service operations. This role requires total ownership of service performance, strict enforcement of company standards, and direct accountability for technician results, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
This position works very closely with the Owner of the company and is not a passive management role. The Service Manager is expected to lead from the front, drive results, and ensure the service department operates at a high professional and financial standard at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full operational control of commercial and residential HVAC service teams
- Work directly with the Owner on strategy, standards, performance goals, and operational execution
- Enforce company policies, workmanship standards, safety requirements, and professional conduct without exception
- Manage daily technician operations, scheduling, dispatching, and workflow efficiency
- Lead, coach, train, and hold technicians accountable for performance and behavior
- Monitor and drive KPIs including revenue, efficiency, close rates, callbacks, and customer satisfaction
- Review and approve estimates, invoices, job notes, photos, and documentation in ServiceTitan
- Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and decisively
- Ensure all work meets local code requirements and company quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Identify and implement improvements in processes and operational efficiency
- Lead by example in professionalism, organization, and accountability
Requirements
- 10+ years HVAC industry experience (commercial and residential required)
- ServiceTitan experience REQUIRED
- Proven experience managing technicians and enforcing standards
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments
- Strong leadership presence and decision‑making ability

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
