We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Service Purchasing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage procurement processes for HVAC service parts and equipment, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely inventory availability to support our service technicians. Your expertise will help us maintain seamless operations and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Duties

• Manage procurement activities for HVAC service parts, equipment, and supplies to meet operational needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery
• Monitor inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and demand planning tools to prevent shortages or overstocking
• Coordinate with internal teams on order management, shipping, receiving, and logistics to streamline supply chain processes
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
• Utilize ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for data entry, order processing, and inventory control
• Support sourcing initiatives for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts and specialized HVAC components

Skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and procurement best practices
• Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and contract development
• Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems, automotive diagnostics or automotive service is a plus
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms (like AS400), and order management systems
• Familiarity with inventory management, demand planning, pricing strategies, and logistics coordination
• Ability to perform data entry accurately while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities
• Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, equipment repair processes, and sourcing OEM parts
• Knowledge of automotive repair or dealership operations is advantageous but not required

Pay: $54,542.32 - $65,685.38 per year
