HVAC Service Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a crew of 7-10 Service Techs to assure accurate diagnosis of HVAC systems in the field, outstanding customer service and motivation to meet company goals.
• Effectively be a resource for the Service Crew to assist with problem solving and answering questions.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and lite commercial settings.
• Conduct thorough assessments of HVAC systems to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
• Perform preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and prolong equipment life.
• Collaborate with services techs to prioritize and efficiently handle service calls and maintenance tasks.
• Educate customers on proper equipment usage, maintenance, and potential upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems and components.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Valid HVAC technician certification and relevant licenses.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
