What you will do:

Diagnose any problems with HVAC equipment in residential settings
Stay current on new products and technologies in the field
Run service calls – repair and/or replace parts on equipment as necessary
Identify opportunities for new equipment replacement – effectively communicate with the customer and install team to build and execute sales of new equipment
Clearly document and communicate the details of each call to ensure Mesaba is able to follow up or execute future jobs as needed

What YOU will bring:

2-5 Years HVAC sales and service experience
HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
Valid drivers’ license
Ability to handle heavy equipment
Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $65,000.00/Yr. Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $140,000.00/Yr.
