Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters to measure electrical resistance and verify system integrity
• Conduct thorough inspections of installed equipment to guarantee optimal performance and safety standards are met
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining system operations, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Mentor and support team members , sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative work culture
• Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, service reports, and technical findings for record-keeping and quality assurance
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations during all phases of service, installation and maintenance

Requirements

• Proven years of experience in technical service roles within related industries
• Strong troubleshooting skills with familiarity in electrical systems; experience using tools like ohmmeters is highly desirable
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals accurately
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to travel locally for installations and service calls
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks
• Prior leadership or mentoring experience is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
