Pay Rate: $75,000 - $125,000 per year

Overview

NexGen HVAC & Plumbing is looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (residential and light commercial)
• Troubleshoot electrical and refrigeration-related issues
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Document service work accurately and maintain service records
• Keep service vehicle clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes
• Manage service routes efficiently and complete jobs on schedule
  
  

Requirements

Must Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles
  
  

Nice to Have:

• EPA Universal Certification
• Experience with smart thermostats and modern HVAC systems
• Prior customer-facing service experience
