HVAC Service Tech/Installer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding service and making a positive impact on our customers’ comfort. Installation ability would be a HUGE bonus as well.

**Responsibilities:** - Maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units. - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues to determine the best course of action. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems operate efficiently. - Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. - Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used. - Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.

**Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC preferred. - Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems. - Valid HVAC license and relevant certifications (e.g., EPA certification). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
