Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
- 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Experience with advanced diagnostic tools or smart HVAC systems preferred
- HVAC certification or vocational school training preferred
- NATE Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities
- You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.
- Performing preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and maintaining accurate service records are key aspects of the role.
- You'll communicate repair needs to customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Additionally, you’ll keep your work vehicle organized and fully stocked and participate in on-call rotations for emergency services.
