Hours:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
  • 2+ years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic tools or smart HVAC systems preferred
  • HVAC certification or vocational school training preferred
  • NATE Certification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

  • You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces.
  • Performing preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards, and maintaining accurate service records are key aspects of the role.
  • You'll communicate repair needs to customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Additionally, you’ll keep your work vehicle organized and fully stocked and participate in on-call rotations for emergency services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
