Residential HVAC Service Technician
Aced It! Cooling & Heating – Corona, CA
Primary service area includes Temecula, Corona, Riverside, and Chino, with occasional travel to Orange County for existing clients and referrals.

The Role:
— We’re looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who values professionalism, strong diagnostics, and delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Our technicians evaluate the entire comfort system — equipment, airflow, ductwork, and performance — and provide homeowners with clear repair and improvement options.
You must be process-driven, professional, and committed to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
— Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
— Perform routine maintenance and system evaluations
— Assess airflow, ductwork, and overall system performance
— Educate homeowners on system condition and available solutions
— Present repair and improvement options when appropriate
— Complete digital service reports with photos and documentation
— Follow company diagnostic procedures and service processes
— Maintain a clean, professional work environment
Qualifications
— 2+ years residential HVAC experience preferred
— Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
— EPA Certification required
— Valid driver’s license with relatively clean record
— Strong mechanical aptitude
— Excellent communication and customer service skills
— Comfortable using digital service tools
— Process-driven and open to coaching and improvement
Requirements
— Ability to pass drug testing and background checks
— Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends when needed
— Ability to perform manual labor and work in varying conditions
— Maintain a professional appearance and attitude

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
