HVAC Service Technician

Join a team that values your skills and helps you grow. Action Air is hiring an HVAC Service Technician (D2 or S2 license) with at least 2 years of experience to support our commercial service team. This is a great opportunity for a technician looking to build their career while working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating systems
Assist with diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues
Communicate with dispatch on job progress and scheduling
Complete service reports and documentation
Maintain a clean, safe work environment and professional appearance

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

D2 / S2 required.
2+ years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
Basic knowledge of refrigeration cycles and HVAC systems
Ability to use gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools
Ability to read basic wiring diagrams and schematics
Valid driver’s license
Current OSHA License (in CT OSHA expires 5 years after issue)
EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
