HVAC Service Technician

Well-established AC company looking to take our service department to the next level!

We currently average about 20 units per month in the summer, we are looking to do 15 units per week.

We have our own metal ship, nice trucks, and great facility, health benefits, PTO, direct deposit.

Responsibilities:
- Installation, repair, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality and compliance.
- Troubleshoot HVAC issues and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate HVAC projects and ensure timely completion.

Experience:

• Must have experience with training, warranty work, tech support, and all that comes with it.
• Experience with Housecall Pro, operating software (not required but a bonus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on residential and commercial systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Proven experience as a service technician or supervisor in the HVAC field.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proficient in welding techniques for HVAC system installation and repair.
• Familiarity with design principles for HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
• Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.10 - $29.97 per hour
