Looking to TRADE UP to a better opportunity? BLANCO A/C,ELECTRICAL &PLUMBING is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated HVAC Service team. Technicians are paid hourly plus commission.

What you will do:
- Diagnose, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Present options on new HVAC units
- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain strong customer service
- Attend periodic manufacturer training classes
- Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
What you will bring:
- Must be experienced in trouble shooting, repairing, and selling HVAC
- HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school
- Valid drivers’ license
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
- Ability to work outdoors
