Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and related mechanical components using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of HVAC equipment, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Educate customers on system performance and make recommendations to enhance or repair comfort and/or efficiency
• Maintain detailed service records, complete reports on work performed, parts used, and system conditions for each job site.

Skills

• Proven experience as an HVAC service technician
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems including refrigeration cycles
• Mechanical aptitude with skills in equipment repair, maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with field service operations including troubleshooting complex systems on-site in residential or commercial settings.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing devices to identify faults efficiently.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
