HVAC Service Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, and associated controls

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections

• Document service work, findings, and recommendations accurately

• Communicate with customers and service leadership regarding repairs and equipment status

• Support installation, retrofit, and small project work as needed

• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment

• Follow company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC service preferred (commercial experience preferred)

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to read technical documents and wiring diagrams

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and within a team

Work Environment

• Full-time position

• Local travel within Indiana

• Overtime may be required based on service needs
