What You'll Do

• Service and maintain residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Grow into leadership through our Red Bear Leadership Academy (all expenses paid, including fly-in training with hotel and meals covered)

What You Need

• 2-5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience
• Strong knowledge of residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs
• EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow
