HVAC Service Technician: Blanton and Sons Heating - Cooling - Plumbing

Blanton & Sons is on the hunt for the newest addition to our Service Team!

Blanton and Sons is a well-established HVAC company dedicated to delivering top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions to our valued clients. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to customer satisfaction, we are expanding our team and seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to contribute to our continued success.

This position will assist with heating, cooling, and plumbing duties to include but not limited to:

• Working closely and respectfully with the Installation and Service Teams
• Willing to learn from and teach follow teammates
• Completing heating and cooling system service calls in a timely manner while maintaining jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Rotating weekend "on-call" shifts (averaging on call every 6 weeks)

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Minimum of 5 years experience in residential/light commercial service and installations
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours/week and rotating weekends
• Must provide own tools and reliable transportation
• Ambitious, outgoing and ready to work - Sky is the limit!
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to diagnose and make repairs as well as present options for replacements upgrades, add-ons and energy savings
• Sales experience is a plus
• Background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License and Insurable Driving Record
• EPA Certified Type 2 or Universal is a must!

Pay: $24.00 - $100.00 per hour
