Overview We are seeking HVAC Technicians to join the JCE team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with heating and air systems — including installation, maintenance, and repair — and is committed to delivering excellent customer service. You'll work independently across a variety of job sites, ensuring HVAC systems run efficiently and reliably.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve system malfunctions
• Perform component repairs and replacements as needed
• Weld and fabricate parts for specific HVAC applications
• Drive company vehicles to job sites in accordance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members on larger projects and complex installations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding their HVAC needs
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar field service role preferred; students and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
• Solid understanding of HVAC/R systems design, installation, and repair techniques
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and independently
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• EPA 608 Certification preferred but not required
• Relevant HVAC licenses or certifications a plus
• Sheet metal and welding experience a plus
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces, attics, and crawl spaces
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and on ladders or rooftops

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $35.00 per hour
