We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of five (5) years of field experience to support the continued growth of our family-owned and operated company. The ideal candidate is a skilled troubleshooter, takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates well with both homeowners and office staff, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the job every day. Must be able to articulate solutions to problems homeowners are experiencing such as indoor air quality, allergies, humidity and safety controls. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems, including:
- Heat pumps
- Gas furnaces
- Zoning systems
- Inverter-driven ductless mini-split systems
- Conventional HVAC systems
- Clearly communicate findings, repairs, and recommendations to homeowners in a professional and relatable manner
- Address homeowner concerns related to:
- Indoor air quality
- Allergies
- Humidity control
- Safety controls
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff using company software and internal apps
- Maintain accurate service documentation and records
- Operate and maintain a clean, safe, and organized service vehicle
- Follow all safety protocols and company standards

Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician in a service vehicle
- Strong ability to diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record for the past several years
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
- Physically able to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism
