As a Service Technician at All Phase Heating and Cooling, you will accurately and efficiently service heating and air equipment in our customers’ homes & businesses.

The primary purpose of this Service Technician position is to provide preventative maintenance/tune ups, start-ups on new equipment, service & repair on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. You know the job, that’s the easy part. What allows All Phase Heating and Cooling to stand out from other companies in our market is our exceptional customer service. Key Service Technician Job Functions:

· Provide the best customer service in town. Our customers are our lifeline. Communication is key.

· Open communication with team members including but not limited to dispatch, management, sales, peers.

· Diagnose & service a variety of HVAC brands and products using specific HVAC hand tools.

· Read & understand equipment manuals as well as engineering specifications to properly diagnose and repair units.

· Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and or modifications as needed or requested by dispatch and or customer.

· Follow outlines procedures regarding software documentation and paperwork.

· Stay informed on industry news and trends, products, services and other relevant information about existing and emerging technologies and the latest product line developments.

· Conduct oneself in a professional manner as a productive and positive representation of All Phase Heating and Cooling both to the customer and the public.

· Take pride in your equipment: keep company van clean and inventory up to date on vehicle.

· Required: clean driving record.

· Required: EPA Certification. Be willing to obtain other certifications such as NATE. Company will provide and pay for training.

Skills and experience:

·2 years minimum of hands on experience required in the HVAC field.

· Beyond that, if you can achieve the above key tasks AND you desire for your career to be fun and challenging - you have just the right amount skills and experience for us here at All Phase.
