HVAC Service Technician

HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Estes Heating & Air is growing and looking to add to our team. We are seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team.

Duties:
-Must be able to install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
-Must have experience with motors, compressors, pumps, fans, thermostats, and computerized switches, control systems for residential systems.
-Must be able to understand client needs, and determine and communicate viable solutions.
-35-40 hours per week (more during the peak times)

Job Requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years Residential HVAC service experience
-Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
-Excellent communication skills a must
-Knowledge of residential air conditioning (some commercial)
-Ability to learn and grow
-Clean driving record
-Clean background
-Ability to pass a drug screen

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
