HVAC Service Technician

Climate Design Services is looking for a full-time HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of successful experience. Responsibilities

HVAC diagnostics
UV light system installation
Condenser replacement
Evaporator coil replacement
Compressor replacement
Clearing drain lines
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects
Follow safety protocols and regulations when working on HVAC systems

Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC experience (residential and light commercial)
EPA Certification
Ability to maintain accurate records of work performed
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and diagrams
Ability to work with boilers and ammonia refrigeration systems (if applicable)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Schedule:

Monday-Friday
Overtime and occasional weekends as needed
Guaranteed minimum of 32 hours year-round
On call as needed

Compensation:

$25-$31 per hour (Top technicians can earn up to $150,000 annually with bonuses and

spiffs!)
