Our technicians are responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems. Including mini splits, pancake units, package units, split systems and RTU units.

These specialists will also be responsible for suggesting and performing system improvements, modifications, etc. to current customers. Looking for the right person to add to our team. This individual will have a strong technical aptitude but also exceed in sales and communication.

Qualifications include:

• High school diploma/GED
• 3+ years HVAC service/installation experience preferred.
• Preferred knowledge of duct systems, airflow balancing, mini splits, and Florida building codes
• NATE and NCI certifications preferred, but not necessary.
• Must have trade required tools as well as protect and maintain the tools and equipment the company does provide.
• $2000 Sign on bonus
• Ability to work irregular and extended work hours. Includes Saturday on call rotation.
• Self-starter with great time-management and the ability to work with little supervision.
• Stable employment history a plus
• Clean and neat appearance
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid FL driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual a plus
• No weekdays on call, only weekends.
• Service titans experience a HUGE plus
• Nexstar or service experts experience a HUGE plus
