HVAC Service Technician

Canyon Air Systems, a division of Andersen Commercial Plumbing, is currently seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our growing team.

Qualifications and Responsibilities

• 3+ years of HVAC technician experience
• Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial systems (up to 30 tons)
• Experience installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC and ventilation equipment
• Solid understanding of split systems, including heat pumps, ductless units, package units, wall heaters, wine coolers, exhaust fans, ducting, zoning, and more
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues
• Comfortable handling routine maintenance, system cleanings, and repairs
• Experience with VRF systems is a plus
• Confident recommending system upgrades or replacements to customers when needed
• EPA certification required; NATE certification is a plus
• Willing to work rotating weekends and overtime during busy seasons
• Must have your own tools and know how to use them
• Comfortable using an iPad or tablet in the field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-30/hr. depending on knowledge and experience + 15% commission

Compliance Requirements

• Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug test prior to employment
• Must be willing to submit to an MVR report – No DUIs or more than 2 points on a driving record is our baseline standard

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
