What you will DO:
Clean, adjust, and repair HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and condensation drainage- Troubleshoot HVAC systems and equipment to diagnose issues
- Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Track HVAC repairs and work completed in trade software (Service Titan)
- Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and outcomes, and recommend products/services for optimal system performance
What you NEED:
- 2+ years HVAC service experience
- Service Titan knowledge a plus
- Must be 21 or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- Valid US Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
- Physical dexterity/Ability to work outdoors
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
