HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate findings clearly to customers
• Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship
• Document job notes, photos, and recommendations accurately
• Maintain organized truck inventory and care for company equipment
• Follow company procedures and safety standards
• Work closely with office staff and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications & Skills

• HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Experience with field service software is a plus

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
