What You’ll Do

· Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

· Perform maintenance and service calls

· Communicate professionally with customers

· Recommend solutions when needed

· Maintain accurate service records

· Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum 3 years residential HVAC service experience

· EPA certification

· Valid driver’s license & good driving record

· Strong troubleshooting skills

· Professional appearance & positive attitude

· Good communication & customer service skills

· Ability to work independently

· Must pass background check & drug test

Compensation

$65,000 - $120,000+ annually

(Based on experience, certifications, productivity, incentives, overtime, and overall performance.)
