HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
ACES Heating & Cooling is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company long-term. We’re not looking for someone who just punches a clock, we want a problem-solver who cares about customers, quality, and being part of a solid team.

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and system tune-ups
• Clearly explain findings and recommendations to customers
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
• Participate in occasional installation work (preferred)

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic skills
• Installation experience preferred
• EPA certification
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset
• Desire to grow professionally and help grow the company
