HVAC Service Technician

Premier Comfort Services is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and install heating and cooling systems for residential and light commercial customers.

Commission is earned in addition to hourly pay, offering excellent earning potential for motivated technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R equipment, including air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems.
• Install new HVAC equipment, thermostats, and related components.
• Recommend and implement system upgrades or modifications when needed.
• Complete service documentation accurately, including parts used and work performed.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems and appliance repair is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Additional HVAC certifications and state licenses preferred.
