General Responsibilities

· Maintain and repair HVAC systems

· Ability to properly diagnose system problems and order necessary parts

· Ability to maintain a positive relationship with fellow employees

· Maintain positive relationships with Customers

· Maintain the required truck inventory necessary for service

Requirements

· Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

· Excellent communication skills

· Limited on-call availability (1 day every other month)

· Experience in Troubleshooting HVAC Systems

· Commitment to Customer Service

· Strong team mentality

· Self-motivated and Dependable

Compensation

· $35.00 - $50.00 per hour + incentive bonus opportunity

· Overtime Compensation
