We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose issues, communicate professionally with homeowners, and deliver high-quality work without cutting corners.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Residential HVAC Technician, you will:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and mechanical issues
• Recommend repair vs. replacement solutions based on customer needs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

Required ExperienceSkills

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Experience servicing a variety of HVAC equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
• Understanding of airflow and air balancing principles
• Ability to take ownership and step into leadership responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC trade school certification
• NATE Certification
• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
• Insurable driving record
• Own basic HVAC service tools
