HVAC Service Technician Apprentice / HVAC Service Technician

Location: Twin Falls, ID

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour, based on experience and credentials

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday with overtime, on-call, and seasonal flexibility as needed

We are currently hiring both entry-level HVAC Service Technician Apprentices and experienced HVAC Service Technicians. What You'll Do:

Assist with or independently diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems Troubleshoot a variety of HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups Identify system issues and provide effective repair solutions Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding system needs and recommendations Complete work orders and documentation accurately Ensure all work complies with safety standards and HVAC codes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer specifications

Qualifications for Apprentice Level:

Mechanical aptitude and strong willingness to learn

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Positive attitude and coachable mindset

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in physically demanding environments

Trade school or HVAC education is a plus

Qualifications for Experienced Service Technician Level:

2+ years of HVAC service experience preferred

EPA Certification required, and NATE is a plus

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with residential HVAC systems

Knowledge of refrigerant systems, gas furnaces, heat pumps, and electrical controls

Ability to service and repair all major residential HVAC equipment

Understanding of low voltage systems and applicable HVAC codes

Strong sales, customer service, and communication abilities

Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism
