We are looking to add a motivated HVAC Service Technician to our team. A hard working individual that has a passion for a career in the HVAC field. We specialize in residential heating & cooling projects, Service, Sales and Installation. Blue Collar Heating & Cooling applies a lot of effort to the constant growth and success of all team members and all positions within the company. This position requires a skilled Service Technician to run roughly 3 service calls a day to assist our customers with their HVAC needs. Our Ideal candidate is motivated, passionate, customer focused first. This individual would poses these characteristics.........

• Must have a positive attitude!

• 3 or more years experience in HVAC Service
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
• Has hand tools and some power operated tools
• Strong ability to communicate effectively
• Has experience creating pricing and quotes for customers
• ON TIME

• Leadership personality
• Enjoys team atmosphere
• Able to lift 75lbs consistently
• Able to work in attics and crawl spaces
• Clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Able to work nights and weekends when needed
