SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Overtime available
• On-call rotation required

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Install and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and deliver real solutions
• Work directly with customers-clear communication is key
• Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
• Represent the company with professionalism every day
• Operate a company vehicle safely and responsibly

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (required)
• Solid understanding of sheet metal and duct systems
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving ability
• Willingness to continue training and earn certifications (NATE)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
